What information do you need for a quote?

Bore or force, stroke, working pressure, mounting type and cycle rate are enough. If you have no drawing, a photograph of the existing part is a good start.

What are your lead times?

10–15 working days for standard cylinders, 4–8 weeks for custom units. Overhaul work is delivered within 48 hours.

Do you ship abroad?

We ship regularly to 17 countries under EXW, FCA and CIF terms and prepare the export documents ourselves.

What does the warranty cover?

24 months on new manufacturing and 12 months on overhaul, subject to correct oil cleanliness and periodic maintenance.

How fast do you respond to a breakdown?

Same day in the Marmara region, within 24 hours elsewhere in Turkey.
